Cancellation/Refund Policy and Payment Schedule

March of the Living 2022-2023 Acceptance

Individual & March of the Living Cancelation Policy – In the event that an individual chooses to cancel participation on the 2023 March of the Living trip, or in the event that CAJE’s Miami March of the Living and/or the International March of the Living cancels the 2023 March of the Living trip, this is the financial risk to the individual:

November 16, 2022 - December 14, 2022		75% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 25% of the full cost of tuition ($7,990 x 25%= loss of $1,997.50).
December 15, 2022 – January 14, 2023		50% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 50% of the full cost of tuition ($7,990 x 50%= loss of $3,995).
January 15, 2023- February 9, 2023		25% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 75% of the full cost of tuition ($7,990 x 75% = $5,992.50).
On or after February 10, 2023		NO REFUND

All cancellations must be sent via email to miamimotl@caje-miami.org and must be received by 5PM.

Post-Commencement - After the commencement of the travel portion of the Program, there shall be no refunds.

Trip Insurance - All participants are required to obtain trip insurance which includes but is not limited to cancellation, interruption and medical coverage. The March of the Living strongly encourages adding on Cancel For Any Reason policy, although it is not mandatory. Trip insurance is non-refundable and is paid directly to a third-party.

Vendor Limitations - Situations beyond the control of the Miami March of the Living and International March of the Living (IMOTL) arising within sixty-five days (February 11, 2023) of the Program start date will only permit such refunds as IMOTL is able to negotiate and obtain from the airlines, hotels and other tour related providers (“Vendors”). Participants shall not be entitled to any refunds beyond what IMOTL is able to obtain from its Vendors and agree to waive and hold harmless IMOTL and the Miami March of the Living regarding any such claims.

Payment Schedule

Tuition Payments can be paid in full by December 14, 2022 or made in installments.

Tuition Paid in THREE (3) Installments
Payment #1: December 14, 2022: $2,664
Payment #2: January 10, 2023: $2,663
Payment #3: February 6, 2023: $2,663
